The seller of the goods offered in this online store SIA "Retrieve" (reg. no. 50103559861, address - Nometņu iela 61, Riga, Latvia, LV-1002), on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement.
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Ordering, delivery, and payment procedureThe Buyer places an order for goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be purchased. The Buyer has the opportunity to pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 7 working days after payment for the goods has been received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.
The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the goods, if the goods have not been used and are in their original, unsoiled, undamaged packaging, by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller at e-mail [email protected]. The Seller sends the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer by e-mail after receiving the Buyer's request. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. When returning the goods, the Buyer is refunded the full purchase value of the goods, but all expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods are covered by the Buyer. The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of improper use of the goods. Section 12, sixth part, of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation in the event that the goods are damaged, carelessly treated during use, or instructions have not been followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the cases specified in paragraph 22 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 "Regulations on distance contracts" of May 20, 2014, including if the consumer has opened the packaging of goods which, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and agrees that the data provided will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
Data Collection and Use
Personal data is considered to be information that the Seller obtains from the Buyer with the Buyer's consent in order to fulfill the terms of the concluded agreement and also to further communicate with the Buyer. The Buyer's data is collected when the Buyer provides contact information (name, surname, personal code, postal address, phone number, email address) on the website. The Buyer's data is collected when the Buyer makes purchases on the website by providing contact information or saving information necessary to specify the preferred method of purchase execution. When making a purchase on the website, all of the Buyer's personal information is considered confidential, except in cases provided for by regulatory enactments .cases. Using the obtained data, the Seller may inform the Buyer about goods, events, and news. At any time, the Buyer can remove their name from the target audience list if they do not wish to receive information about goods, events, and news. The Buyer's data is used for product delivery and for fulfilling obligations arising from the product order. The Seller undertakes to do everything possible to ensure proper data security.
The Seller may disclose the Buyer's data if there is reason to believe that this information is necessary to identify, detect, or initiate legal action against a person who may cause any harm to another person or to the Seller, endangering their rights, property, or activity, as well as to subject other users of this website and/or persons to such and similar risks; this must be done taking into account the requirements of regulatory enactments or in cases where it is requested by competent authorities. The Buyer, by submitting a written request, has the right to receive such information - what data about them has been obtained, the source of data acquisition, when the last data changes were made, for what purpose the data processing was performed, and information about data recipients.
